The AVS VACUUM SEALER is designed with industrial components to provide you with a heavy duty machine
that will last for years and even DECADES!
ALL seals are guaranteed to be airtight and watertight, making the AVS Vacuum Sealers ideal for food, medical
and electronic applications. The integrity of each seal of our vacuum sealers is accomplished thorough the
use of dual 1/4" NiChrome seal bands combined with variable range timers which provide the user with extreme
control over seal and cool time. This combination assures faster vacuum seals and outstanding seal integrity.
As with all Aline vacuum sealer equipment, safety and ease of use are a paramount concern. Each vacuum
seal bar is designed with a low pressure descent preventing any possibility of harm to the operator. ALL
vacuum sealer UNITS are virtually maintenance free and require minimal operator training prior to use.
Changeover of components such as heating elements and Teflon tape require only minutes to complete.
With Aline's extensive experience in thermal heat sealing and vacuum sealer technology, we stand ready to
customize highly specialized applications. Vacuum sealer packages including chambers, can be incorporated
into our line of heavy duty sealers or custom contour vacuum sealers.

The ALINE UNITIZED SHRINK WRAPPING MACHINE is a versatile, new generation shrink wrap machine, engineered for high
speed, high efficiency HEAT SEALING AND SHRINKING OF ALL FILMS.
Completely self-contained, sequencing of each step is controlled automatically. Solid state dependability. No air supply required.
Simply plug in and run. The counter balanced, heavy duty, right angle L-Sealer frame locks automatically when lowered over an
item of any configuration. A sealing wire sensor provides the correct amount of heat sealing pressure for a prescribed period of
time, then opens the sealing head automatically to accept the next package. An automatic hole burner allows trapped air to
escape when desired and is standard equipment.
Sealed package is then conveyed on an open mesh, Teflon-coated conveyor belt into the thermostatically controlled, dual heat,
high energy shrink tunnel. Conveyor belt features variable speed control with automatic load compensation benefits. Result: an
economical, shrink wrapped package conforming to physical outline of packaged item. Inexperienced personnel can operate the
machine at maximum production rates.
